The first loop prototype
A contextualised action sheet, prepared from the sources that already exist.
What this prototype is, and what it is not
Three CRM opportunities
Opportunities handled by the loop
Each row was prepared from the CRM and the project archive. Open an opportunity to see its full action sheet.
| Account | Opportunity | Match confidence | To confirm | Action type | Next action | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ecodistribution | Logistics platform extension | Reliable match | 5 items | External action | Set up a 30-minute call with the client contact to confirm the five missing items. | Open |
| MecaFlux Industrie | Energy audit of an industrial site | Partial match | 4 items | Internal check | Check with the contact whether the request covers the utilities already flagged in 2024, before any estimate. | Open |
| Habitat Nord | Office energy retrofit | Weak match | 6 items | No external action | Internal check: trace the origin of the enquiry and identify an owner before considering any contact. | Open |
Measurement
How we will know the loop helped
Without a baseline, no gain can be demonstrated after the Build. It is the first thing to establish.
Headline metric
Time from an opportunity appearing to a documented decision with a next action.
Current state: search time has never been timed at Norevia. The first action of the Build will be to measure that baseline across ten opportunities.
Not to be confused: the three opportunities above demonstrate the loop during the Diagnostic. The ten opportunities will be used during the Build to establish the measurement baseline.
Reminder
What the loop performs
The prototype covers the whole chain, from source to measurement — human validation is a link, not an option.
